1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LixLab, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

LixLab provides a cloud-based AI agent platform including AI Secretary, AI Archivist, AI Customer Service, and AI Auditor. Services are available through the web dashboard and Telegram integration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. One account is intended for one user or organization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Use

• Using AI agents for illegal activities or to harm others
• Sending spam or malicious content through agents
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Reverse engineering the platform

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed through Midtrans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment.

6. Service Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of agents, messages per month, and features. Usage exceeding the quota will be restricted until the next billing period or plan upgrade.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

LixLab is not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI agent responses. AI agents provide assistance, not a substitute for professional judgment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
